This ensures that every email sent from our organization reflects our brand identity and conveys a polished image to our recipients.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 from IT outsourcing perspective
We use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solution across multiple companies that vary in size and dynamic. From small 10 user base to big 250 user base. This solution offers a robust and intuitive admin panel allowing for configuration of signatures exactly how you like it even in multi-department company with multiple templates appended to various groups of people.
While for now we use this software to solve a simple issue: unification of signatures across company, the marketing department is always interested in the potential of banners and ads in every outgoing email. Legal teams is also satisfied (not an easy feat) knowing all emails have legal note appended and knowing that it can be adjusted in moment's notice.

We use the software in order to manage our signatures in one place. Whether it is for a user or a shared mailbox, you can centrally manage all of them and any changes are applied instantly. Especially for new employees you add in Microsoft 365 the signatures are automatically configured so you don´t have any kind of additional effort.
That it appends signatures to mails sent from Apple Mail, Gmail and so on is a very nice feature that you could not manage otherwise.

Great Product and customer support
CodeTwo Email Signatures allow us to centrally manage end-user's e-mail signatures. It makes it easy to swap out images, change texts or schedule a season or event specific special signature for everybody, a specific group or single users. No more copy & paste errors on the user side, no more outdated or wrong sized images, no more wrong or broken hyperlinks ... The WYSIWYG editor is very well made and there is a powerful code editor for changing the HTML source if you so desire. It can easily be used by less tech-savy people and the result will look great.

Cant go wrong with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
Before using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 software we had users create their
own signatures and it was horrible from a corporate view. Thanks to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 we were able to setup differnt signatures for each department with individual user info straight from Azure AD / Entra. Now everybody
can easily conform to our corporate identity and the workers have one
thing less to worry about.
- Connection to m365 tenant was a breeze, setup was very straightforward.
- Setup of multiple signatures using variables for individual user information out of AAD/Entra is quickly done.
- Defining rules to apply the correct signature to each user is easy and offers plenty of options.
- By using exchanges journaling function emails are being sent to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 as a first step and are returned to exchange with a signature. After that they leave for their final destination. This makes our mail archiving software save two copies of each outgoing mail. Its fine, but might be worth taking into consideration for the future.
- Templates for rules might be a good idea. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 could provide examples of the rules that most of their customers use.
- A dark mode for the website would be highly appreciated.

Consistent Signatures and Superb Support
One of the biggest benefits of using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is the ability to maintain branding consistency across all platforms. Code 2 Signatures and one Click Survey
Before using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, our employees had to copy the signature into outlook themselves. It was up to them to keep the information up to date and use the correct formatting, or even use it at all. With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 we have a standardized Signature, which is always up to date. Since it's using HTML it looks a lot better, too.

Office 365 and CodeTwo Signatures
We use the signature tool for all employees. We needed an easy, reliable solution, which can be remotely controlled. On new campaigns, we are able to roll out customized signatures in no time. On the client-side, there is absolutely no doing. They just need to choose their signature, if they have more than one assigned.
- It can build new signatures with WYSIWYG or code.
- It can remotely assign signatures to groups or single clients.
- It doesn't require setup on single clients' Outlook, all setup can be done in OWA and CodeTwo Email Signatures.
- The old editor feels better than the new one.

Great Signature Software for Outlook
We use CodeTwo Email Signatures in Outlook. It is great because admin can set the new signatures on CodeTwo's special website and it will delegate to every selected user. CodeTwo Email Signatures Review
We use CodeTwo Email Signatures to deploy and manage our enterprise-wide email signatures for Microsoft Office 365. Unfortunately, Office 365 does not come with, nor offer, any native managed email signature solution so a third-party one is required. We use CodeTwo Email Signatures across our entire organization to ensure a standardized signature format is used in all email communications.
- Creating and editing signatures within the browser interface and not a separate installable.
- Signatures can be managed and inserted for Outlook desktop, web, and mobile.
- Allows for rule-based signature insertions.
- When the maximum license count is reached due to employee churn, an automatic user license counter reset should occur since employee churn is so high in this day and age. Presently you don't receive any notification that maximum licenses have been reached and signatures just stop working for the most recent users, which requires a manual reset of the license counter in the portal.
- Would like the ability to automatically always hide the "signature inserted by CodeTwo" banner when signatures are inserted.
- Outlook Mobile App in-client signature insertion is definitely needed, although this omission might be due to a limitation of what Microsoft makes possible for 3rd party developers.

CodeTwo - the smart signature? YES, of course.
We have several subsidiaries in use and each subsidiary had its own signature in use. We wanted to unify everything and looked at various solutions. CodeTwo was by far the best solution for us and could be perfectly and very easily integrated into our Microsoft 365 tenant. Also, the creation of a signature is very simple and intuitive. You can also customize the signature via the HTML editor. However, the integration of shared mailboxes is somewhat unfortunate, since a license is consumed for each shared mailbox, or the shared mailbox must be added to the user by means of a password. Since we have about 2-300 shared mailboxes, we came up with another solution for this. We do this by means of Outlook's own function of the Quick Building Block. But now that we have CodeTwo Email Signature for Office 365 in place, all the individual signatures are passé and we have unified everything. Also, the time saved by the employees who no longer have to maintain signatures is a great value for the annual license of CodeTwo. The signatures are managed by our marketing department. We can also control customized signatures for the Christmas season or for events, which only run for a certain time. The whole company is a big fan of CodeTwo so far and I think we can't live without CodeTwo anymore. :)

Flexibility! Support!! Value for money!!!
We use CodeTwo as our centralized signature tool for all staff, regardless of their location, language. We are implementing CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office365 to several of our customers. Business problems are the most common. Keep the signature up2date for all customers around the globe, unless their end device. This makes it a lot easier to keep the Corporate Identity active and present. The end-users don't need to investigate any of their signature-related problems. The Central Deployment works as it should - really comfortable.
